Semi-private coaching sessions will be weekly for this phase of the program. After 12 live coaching lessons, you will have the option of attending twice a month (2 per month) sessions where we will review lessons learned, provided new material, review your programming, and hold Q&As with guest experts.
Schedule will be posted inside the group after you enroll. All sessions will be recorded if you miss one and need to watch at a later time.
